Based on this conversation, if the project is feasible, planning and approvals can commence. Once plans are completed, we will issue a preliminary estimate. Although this is an estimate only, extensive time and resources are devoted to making it as accurate as possible.

Should you wish to proceed to final quote and contract, we will then charge a Preliminary Works Deposit which is fully refundable against your total project value. This just allows us to lock in sub-contractors, provide accurate start and completion dates and finalise more detailed selections.
